Holley, which handled the state’s most difficult-to-treat tuberculosis patients, closed on July 2, after six decades of operation. The property, just east of Interstate 95 on Lantana Road, first opened in 1950. Last week, PBSC trustees toured the former TB hospital as a possible site for expansion, and trustee Wendy Link, a West Palm Beach attorney, said trustees agreed to begin considering the property for future use by the college.
